The Aspire 6.9 is recreational comfort and warmth with the advantage some pretty cool gadgets. With a 105mm fit the Aspire 6.9 is a generous fitting and comfort oriented boot for the casual to athletic beginner skier as well as a wonderful choice for intermediate junior and teen skiers who no longer fit well into junior boots. Like it's little sister the Aspire 6.9 uses the Super Comfort liner and bi-injected technology for a supportive foot wrap that remains rather soft and cushioned. Where is differs is in the fit features and stiffness. At a 65 flex the Aspire 6.9 is a suitable boot for athletic beginners as well as infrequent intermediate skiers. For additional support the Aspire 6.9 has two micro-adjustable buckles, one at the lower cuff and instep, for fine tuning of the fit and better ankle retention, as well as X-module cuff volume expansion to better fit different leg shapes. The Aspire 6.9 is also equipped with a simple and effective ski/walk mechanism, so at the flip of a switch walking to and from the hill/bar instantly become easier.
